Trial Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This Trial Policy explains how free trials work on TPSL.ID. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. TPSL.ID does not offer refunds after a subscription is activated — instead, we offer free trials on selected Expert Advisors so you can evaluate them before subscribing.
1. Trial Eligibility
- Free trials are available only for Expert Advisors specifically marked as trial-eligible in our strategy library. Not every EA offers a trial.
- Trial eligibility is tied to your TPSL.ID account and your trial history — not just your trading account number. Creating a new trading account does not grant you a new trial for an EA you have already tried.
- Each TPSL.ID account may start trials on a limited number of different Expert Advisors. Resuming unused days on an EA you have already tried does not count against that limit.
- You may only have one active trial at a time. You must wait for your current trial to end (or subscribe) before starting another.
2. Trial Duration
Each trial-eligible Expert Advisor carries an allowance of 7 trial days for your account. The countdown runs from the moment you activate the trial, based on our server time rather than your device's clock. If you subscribe while a trial is still running, the countdown stops and the unused days are kept. Should your subscription later lapse, you may resume the remaining days on that EA. The total never exceeds 7 days per Expert Advisor.
3. Registering an Account for Trial
When you activate a trial, you must register the MT4/MT5 account number and platform the EA will run on. Once set, they cannot be changed — including when you resume unused days later. If you need to use a different trading account, subscribe to a paid plan, which supports self-service account switching.
4. Trial Allowance Limits
The 7-day allowance per Expert Advisor cannot be reset, extended, or granted again once it has been used up, regardless of changes to your trading account, broker, device, or IP address. TPSL.ID uses account-level and device-level signals to detect and prevent repeated trial attempts. Trials are also unavailable while your subscription is active, because every strategy is already open to you.
5. Purpose of the Trial
The trial period is intended to let you evaluate an EA's setup process, compatibility with your broker, and general operation. Seven days is not a statistically meaningful period to judge an EA's long-term profitability. A successful or unsuccessful trial does not guarantee future results if you subscribe.
6. What Happens When a Trial Ends
When your trial period ends, the EA will stop opening new positions on your account. To avoid unnecessary trading risk, the EA will not forcibly close any positions that were already open — you remain responsible for managing those positions through your broker's platform.
7. No Refunds
Because free trials are available before you commit to a paid subscription, TPSL.ID does not offer refunds once a subscription has been purchased or activated. We encourage you to use any available trial and review the relevant strategy documentation before subscribing.
8. Changes to Trial Availability
TPSL.ID may add, remove, or change which Expert Advisors are trial-eligible, the trial duration, or eligibility rules at any time, at our discretion, without prior notice.
