This Privacy Policy explains how TPSL.ID ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, country, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
• Trading account information: the MT4/MT5 account number(s) you register for licensing purposes. We do not have access to your broker login credentials, trading funds, or the ability to place trades on your behalf.
• Payment information: transaction records (amount, date, status) processed through our payment providers. We do not store your full card number or banking credentials on our own servers.
• Security information: two-factor authentication status, backup codes (stored as secure hashes), and login activity used to protect your account.
• Referral information: if you sign up via a referral link, we record the association between the referring member and your account for commission purposes.
• Technical information: IP address and basic device/browser information, used for security purposes such as rate limiting and fraud prevention.
• Payout details: if you join the affiliate programme, the bank or payment account details you provide so commission can be sent to you (method, bank name, account holder name, account number or email, and where applicable SWIFT/routing code and bank country).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account, including identity and phone verification;
• To license Expert Advisors to your registered trading account(s);
• To process subscription payments and free trial eligibility;
• To secure your account, including fraud and abuse prevention (e.g., preventing repeated trial signups);
• To send transactional communications, such as email verification, password resets, and account notices;
• To operate the affiliate/referral program;
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
• To process affiliate commission payouts, including verifying that the payout account belongs to you;

We do not use your information for unrelated advertising purposes, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on the following categories of trusted third-party providers to operate the Service. Each processes only the data necessary for its function:

• Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and backend infrastructure.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (verification, password reset).
• Twilio — SMS delivery for phone number verification.
• Google — optional "Sign in with Google" authentication.
• Cloudflare — bot and abuse protection (CAPTCHA) during sign-up and login.
• Midtrans / Lemon Squeezy — payment processing for subscriptions.

These providers may process data outside Indonesia as part of their global infrastructure. We select providers that maintain industry-standard security practices.

4. Data Security

We apply security measures including mandatory two-factor authentication, encrypted password storage, row-level access controls on our database, and rate limiting on sensitive endpoints. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to also protect your own credentials and MFA device.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your account as described below, subject to these retention needs.

6. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at support@tpsltrading.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention requirements.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage and session storage for functional purposes only, such as remembering your language preference (English/Indonesian) and temporarily tracking a referral code during sign-up. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. International Data Transfers

Because our service providers operate global infrastructure, your information may be processed in countries other than Indonesia. We take reasonable steps to ensure such providers maintain appropriate data protection standards.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service.
