Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TPSL.ID (the "Service"), operated as the TPSL.ID brand. By creating an account or subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

TPSL.ID provides a subscription-based platform granting access to a library of Expert Advisor ("EA") software for MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5). The Service includes account management, EA licensing, documentation, and related tools. TPSL.ID does not provide investment advice, managed account services, or trade execution on behalf of users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must register using a valid email address and phone number, both of which must be verified before full account access is granted.
• Two-factor authentication (MFA) is mandatory on every account and cannot be disabled.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, MFA device, and backup codes.
• Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent trial limitations or other restrictions is a violation of these Terms.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• The Service is offered on an annual subscription basis at the price displayed at the time of purchase (currently $350/year).
• Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated at checkout. You are responsible for renewing your subscription to maintain access.
• Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers. TPSL.ID does not store your full payment card details.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. Please review our Trial Policy for information on evaluating EAs before subscribing.
• Prices are subject to change for future billing periods. Existing active subscriptions are not affected mid-term.

5. Free Trials

TPSL.ID may offer free trials for selected Expert Advisors, subject to eligibility and the terms described in our Trial Policy. Trial availability, duration, and eligibility criteria may change at TPSL.ID's discretion.

6. License Grant

Subject to an active subscription or valid trial, TPSL.ID grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the EA software solely for your own trading account(s) during the applicable subscription or trial period. This license does not transfer ownership of the software.

You may not:

• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any EA;
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or share EA files or your account credentials with any third party;
• Use the Service to build a competing product;
• Register a trading account under someone else's identity to circumvent licensing rules.

7. Trading Accounts & Broker Responsibility

You are solely responsible for selecting your broker, configuring your trading account, and ensuring your broker's trading conditions are compatible with the EA you intend to use. TPSL.ID is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, any specific broker unless explicitly stated.

8. Intellectual Property

TPSL.ID holds full distribution and resale rights to the Expert Advisors offered through the Service, obtained through agreements with the original developers or their authorized distributors. All EA software, documentation, branding, and related materials remain the intellectual property of TPSL.ID and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

9. No Investment Advice; No Guarantee of Profit

TPSL.ID provides software tools only. We do not provide investment advice, financial planning services, or portfolio management. Past performance of any EA, whether shown as live tracked results or otherwise, does not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of capital. Please review our Risk Disclosure for further detail.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to bypass licensing, trial, or security mechanisms; interfering with the Service's infrastructure; using automated tools to abuse free trials or referral programs; or engaging in fraudulent payment activity.

11. Termination

TPSL.ID may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or abused the trial or referral system. You may stop using the Service at any time; this does not entitle you to a refund of any active subscription.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TPSL.ID and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the Service or any Expert Advisor. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
