1. General Risk Warning

Trading involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your invested capital. Leveraged products can amplify both gains and losses. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

TPSL.ID provides Expert Advisor software and related documentation only. Nothing on this website or within the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to trade, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. TPSL.ID is not a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, or fund manager.

3. No Guarantee of Profit

No Expert Advisor, trading strategy, or automated system can guarantee profits or eliminate the risk of loss. Past performance — whether shown through live tracking, backtests, or any other means — does not guarantee future results. Market conditions change, and a strategy that performed well historically may perform differently in the future.

4. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Selecting your broker and understanding its trading conditions, fees, and execution policies;
• Configuring your trading account, including leverage and margin settings;
• Configuring each Expert Advisor's settings, including lot size and risk parameters;
• Deciding how much capital to allocate to any strategy;
• Monitoring your account and trading activity on an ongoing basis.

5. Automated Trading Risks

Automated trading introduces risks beyond those of manual trading, including but not limited to: internet connectivity interruptions, VPS or server downtime, platform or broker execution errors, slippage, requotes, and unexpected market volatility (such as during news events). TPSL.ID is not responsible for losses arising from these technical or market conditions.

6. Independence from Brokers

TPSL.ID is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any broker unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not receive compensation for directing you to any specific broker, and we do not have access to or control over your broker account or funds.

7. Service Availability

While we work to keep the Service and license verification systems available, TPSL.ID does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary outages of our systems, your broker, your VPS, or your internet connection could affect an Expert Advisor's ability to operate as intended.

8. Acknowledgment

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks described in this document, and that all trading decisions made using any Expert Advisor obtained through TPSL.ID are made at your own discretion and risk.
