Before you attach an EA
1. Allow the licence URL in your terminal
Every EA checks its licence against our server.

- In MetaTrader, open Tools → Options.
- Go to the Expert Advisors tab.
- Tick "Allow WebRequest for listed URL".
- Click the empty row below it and paste the address above.
- Press OK.
- Remove the EA from the chart and attach it again.
The steps are the same on MT4 and MT5.
If the Experts tab shows error 4060, the address has not been added yet.
2. Turn the EA off before every withdrawal
Our EAs read your account balance when they start.
- Remove the EA from the chart.
- Make the withdrawal at your broker.
- Wait until the balance in the terminal reflects the new amount.
- Attach the EA again exactly as you did the first time.
If you have open positions, wait for them to close before withdrawing.
